Barbeque sauce doesn’t have to be sweet to be delicious! This tangy BBQ sauce with no sweeteners (natural or artificial) is easy, ready in 20 minutes, and the perfect complement to any meat!

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: about 1 quart

Ingredients

  • 29oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir to combine, until no lumps remain.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, until sauce thickened.

Notes

Pair with a BBQ rub with no sweeteners (natural or artificial) for the ultimate healthy barbeque!
