Stock your freezer with these delicious no-bake peanut butter lactation bites! They’re the perfect quick & easy snack when you need a little pick-me-up, whether it’s during an afternoon cluster-feed or a midnight nursing session.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: about 35 lactation bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup (170g) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup (250g) peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp (55g) coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, ground flaxseed meal, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  2. Add honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Roll into bite-sized balls. Set on baking sheet, slightly separated, and place in the freezer.
  4. Freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag. Enjoy frozen or slightly thawed!
