Beef liver and beef heart (offal) recipes are regulars in our household’s menu rotation. We actually like to eat them once per week to optimize our nutrient consumption. Here’s how we like to enjoy them – hidden or not!

While I use beef offal, feel free to substitute with chicken offal or other offal if you have it on hand.
